How Bytescare describes itself
Bytescare says it "finds piracy, counterfeits, impersonation and other misuse of your content, brand and identity online, and reports it to the platforms, search engines and hosts involved" (bytescare.com). Its homepage offers "Anti-piracy monitoring and takedowns for edtech courses, music, books, articles and APK files", alongside fake profiles, fake ads, fake apps and fake listings, in markets from India to Europe, the Middle East, Russia and South-East Asia. It reports "30M+" takedown notices filed for its clients.
On its anti-piracy page, Bytescare says monitoring runs "across search engines such as Google, Bing and Yandex, social and video platforms such as YouTube, VK and Rutube, Telegram, streaming and torrent sites, cyberlockers and app stores", and that "Our analysts review every link before it reaches you, and nothing is filed until you confirm it." For websites and apps in India, it uses the "grievance and complaint channels that intermediaries must provide under the IT Rules, 2021". On the brand side, it finds counterfeit listings "and the sellers behind them on the marketplaces you choose", "with test buys and on-ground action when needed", and takes legal action in India through independent counsel. Its terms say the services are offered under the Bytescare brand by Naxap Technology Private Limited, with a registered office in New Delhi.
Where DigiGuardians differs
DigiGuardians is enforcement-first. We find piracy across search results, streaming sites, social feeds, cyberlockers and Telegram channels, remove it through takedown notices, delistings and platform escalation carried through until the copy is gone, report every link found and every removal confirmed, and keep watching so re-uploads and mirror domains are removed again and again. The work is analyst-led rather than left to automation.
For brands, digital brand protection works the same way. Counterfeit listings, fake sellers, cloned websites and impersonating accounts all trade on your name; we find them and get them removed, continuously. A fake domain comes down through the registrar, a fake account through the platform, a counterfeit listing through the marketplace, and every detection is reviewed before action.
