Sending a takedown notice is the easy part. The hard part is everything after it: the host that does not answer, the search result that still points to a mirror, the same file back online under a new domain three days later. Our managed takedown service is built around the result, not the notice. We have been removing unauthorized copies for rights owners since 2013, and every notice we send is followed until the copy is gone.

What we enforce against

We take action wherever unauthorized copies of your content reach an audience:

How a takedown runs

Verification first. Every infringement is verified by our own technology and analysts before anything moves. Your own marketing sits on a whitelist that we set with you before enforcement begins, so trailers, clips and promotional uploads are never touched.

The right notice to the right place. Each confirmed copy gets a notice addressed to whoever can actually remove it: the hosting provider, the platform, the file host or the search engine. We use every route technically possible within proper procedure.

Escalation when a notice is not enough. Some hosts ignore first notices. We follow up and escalate through the platform and infrastructure routes available. Our standing as a trusted partner with major platforms is what gets copies removed, and removed quickly.

The source, not just the link. Delisting a link hides a copy; removing the file ends it. We act on the source as well as the link, so the copy is removed at its origin and the next site that tries to embed it finds nothing there.

Keeping it down

Constant pressure is what makes enforcement hold. Once a copy is removed it often reappears under a new domain within days, sometimes within hours. Re-uploads and mirror domains are tracked and each new copy is handled as it appears, for as long as your content is under protection. Repeat infringers learn that every route back costs them more than it returns.

What you see

Every notice, every removal and every re-upload is visible to you. A live dashboard shows what was found, where, which action was taken and what happened to it, and periodic reports give your team and stakeholders the summary.
